Applicability:
The Movie Prop Connection (herein referred to as "MPC" Terms of Use (herein referred to as "TOU") supplement the Privacy Policy and MPC Copyright Notice (collectively, the "Website Terms") posted elsewhere on MoviePropConnection.com (the "Site"). You should review the Website Terms before proceeding. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Use and any of the Website Terms, the Website Terms control.

Acceptance Through Use:
By posting or viewing a Prop on the Site, you agree to be bound by all of the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in these TOU. You should review the TOU from time to time. MPC Administrator may change any of the TOU at any time and for any reason by posting revisions to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised TOU. If you do not accept all of the TOU, you are not authorized by Administrator to post or view any Props.

Minimum Age:
The MPC Site is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of eighteen (18). Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not authorized by Administrator to post Props.

Posting Rules:
You must comply with the following rules when posting a Prop:

1. Use Only One (1) Category. Select the correct category for your Prop. You may not post your Prop in more than one (1) category. If no category fits the goods or services you are selling, do not post an Prop. Do not post more than one Prop for any item or service.

2. Description. The title you select for your Prop must be concise and limited to the specific goods or services offered. You may not list multiple brands, makes, models or locations in the text or title of your Prop as a means to generate unwarranted search results.

3. Content. All Props must be in good taste and may not contain any objectionable content, as determined by Administrator in its discretion. Props for adult goods or services are prohibited. All Props must be for goods or services that are permitted under Nevada law. You are responsible for the content of your Prop.

Violations:
Administrator may at its discretion monitor the MPC Props portion of the Site from time to time. Administrator may remove or disable Props that violate the posting rules identified above or which Administrator considers objectionable or in poor taste. Administrator may act to prevent anyone who violates these TOU from posting or viewing Props on the Site and may block access to the Site. Please report all violations using the link provided with each Prop.

No Liability:
Administrator is not involved in the actual transaction between a owner posting an Prop for goods or services and the buyer purchasing the goods or services. Administrator does not have control over, and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of, any of the goods or services listed in the Props posted on the Site. Administrator does not make any representations or warranties concerning the ability of a owner to sell the goods or services, the ability of a buyer to purchase the goods or services or that a owner and a buyer will actually complete a transaction.

Copyright/ownership:
Prop media posted on this Site will remain on the site and may be used for promotional and commerical purposes at Site's descretion. Media uploaded to the Site become's property of the Site. Props posted on the site may remain posted (at the descretion of the Administrator) after the expiration of such post.
